Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tenderloin
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

    Sear beef on all sides

    Make mushroom duxelles

    Wrap beef in duxelles and prosciutto

    Wrap in puff pastry and brush with egg wash

    Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes
