Ingredients

  • 4 duck legs
  • 1 lb duck fat
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Season duck legs with salt and herbs

    Refrigerate overnight

    Cover with duck fat in a pot

    Cook at 200°F for 3 hours
